Refund & Warranty Policy

This policy explains how returns, refunds, and our limited warranty work at Gem Mint Guards. If anything here is unclear, reach out and we'll help.
0130-day returns
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If a Gem Mint Guard isn't the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it meets the conditions below.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging, unopened where applicable, and untampered.
- You'll need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@gemmintguards.comwith your order number and we'll send instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns shipped without authorization may not be accepted.
02Items that can't be returned
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Used items or items not in their original condition.
- Pre-order, made-to-order, limited edition, or clearance items, where noted at the time of purchase.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Gift cards.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, it is always covered. See the sections below.
03Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged in transit, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gemmintguards.comwith your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping.
04Exchanges
Want a different color or fit? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, reach out and we'll help arrange it based on availability.
05Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after approval. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
06Return shipping
For standard returns of unwanted items, you are responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
07Limited warranty
Every Gem Mint Guard is backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a guard cracks, warps, or otherwise fails under normal use, contact us at support@gemmintguards.com and we'll repair or replace it.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or discoloration from misuse.
- Damage from accidents, abuse, improper use, or modification.
- Loss or theft.
Gem Mint Guards add a layer of protection but are not a guarantee against all damage and are not a substitute for careful handling. We do not cover damage to the graded slab or card inside, but if something goes wrong, contact our team and we'll make it right wherever we reasonably can.
